Most of our Designs start in 3D CAD as a Digital MockUp (DMU) in SolidWorks. We can export files ready for 3D printing, machining or create detailed drawings.

Product Rendering

Our Rendering & Animation Service enables our costumers to use photo realistic renders of their products in their marketing documents. Animations help explaining features and processes.

File Conversion

CAD conversion is a term used for converting existing drawing information into CAD (Computer Aided Design). We can also covert digital files to other formats.

Millar Engineering offers a range custom products that are manufactured on site to customer specifications. We are constantly improving our products through feedback from customers and product support team.


Specialists in aluminium enclosures, typically used for sign-age and scoreboard displays. We also produce custom electrical cabinets, in both aluminium and steel finish.


Producer and supplier of cold room flashings and trim. We offer both standard and custom profiles up to 3m lengths. All made on site for short lead time.


Warehouse barriers, normally used in cold stores to protect walls and pedestrians from forklifts. Standard and custom sizes available, we can tailor profiles to fit your requirements.

Gates / Railings

Made to order gates and fencing, specialising in cantilever gates utilising DEA automation equipment. Supplied galvanised and powder coated for a maintenance free finish.
